No planner, new bag and my travel frustration.

by Rose

We’re almost halfway through February and having no planner for the first time in two years isn’t so bad after all. Turns out all I need is a desk calendar where I can plot my project deadlines and a notebook for my daily To Do list. My creative phase (brush pens, acrylic stamps, planners) has duly run its course so I’m done with impulse buying.

I did, however, muster the courage to buy myself a new bag that isn’t thrifted. Mizzue was something my sister came across on Facebook and she knew I’d like their products. I’m picky when it comes to bags because I like them roomy enough for all my stuff. Pretty much explains why I’ve been using a backpack for years. Thankfully, purchase was fairly easy (they have Paypal option!) and product was delivered within a week as promised.

One thing I regret was not being able to book an overseas trip for this year. My friends and I failed to decide on a date so all the cheap slots were gone while we were still on a group chat. Too many considerations to take into account and no one wanted to compromise. How hard is it to get five people to agree on a common date? Now I have to wait until the next seat sale. Pffft!😑

I hope the rest of you were safe during #BasyangPH. We had strong winds the morning of Tuesday that it knocked down the avocado tree in our backyard. *sighs* Good-bye, decades-old tree!

Hi Rosey! A friend of mine also bought a Mizzue bag, never thought the brand is famous here in the Philippines! Ganda nung napili mo pati yung color. I’m waiting for seat sales too, sana meron pa ulit kahit for travel ng last quarter of the year para makapag save pa ng travel fund 🙂

I’ve never even heard of Mizzue until my sister suggested it. And yes, surprisingly maganda naman pala yung bag so worth it na rin.😀

re: seat sale – Korea talaga yung target ko for seat sale. Haha. Baka hinihintay lang na magka-passport yung sister (appointment niya this March) bago kami swertehin.
